I'm still learning on how to use this product but from I've learned so far, I love setting my alarms either by the day or for the week...Alexa is right on time. I thought I could call my grandson and we could see each other, he would need a Echo as well or the app, that I didn't about the product.

This is a great buy . I’ll recommend this to anyone , and everyone . Very functional , easy to use and set up . You want be disappointed at all .

Pros: Monster sound, terrific screen. Cons: Unintuitive. Skills navigation and search is arduous, and involves choosing a specific category, and letting Alexa present each skill in that category one-by-one. Also, it is a little glitchy. Oftentimes on a command to play a named song, it will simply show the song, and then hang and not play it. The only way to resolve it is to restart the device (by unplugging and plugging it back in). Lastly, the integrated Zoom feature which is touted as available to this form factor only for the time being and that led me to buy this model is stripped down--you can only make scheduled calls to others on or after the scheduled time by tapping the calendar event on the screen, and not just anyone on a whim.
