Perfect for the Nightstand

Also there are so many nice features to use with our other Amazon devices.

Doesn’t have the best microphone, as compared to a dot, so you sometimes have to say hey Alexa a few times to wake it up if you are too far away or have a tv going.

It works

Purchased them to use the "drop in" feature but it does not work consistently and is difficult to setup. An easier way to transfer pictures to the device would also be a plus.

Echo Show 8 - It's worth the upgrade...

The Echo Show 8 is MUCH faster and responds to my RING camera alerts with a picture within Seconds.

Good, but could almost be better

It will occasionally disconnect, and makes no attempt to reconnect a dropped call, my biggest problem with it, would also be nice if you could personalize some of the settings, like leaving auto follow off by default. but still, great to have to make my GF and I still feel connected when she isn't home.
