So far, I am happy with my Echo Show. I love the features that my Echo dot cannot perform. The onscreen feature is great! The built-in camera allows for viewing on the Alexa app! Love it! The sound quality is great! I can feel the bass! I can view my cameras on one screen! Price was already discounted, but I had a $50 certificate and purchased the stand! All in all, I would recommend!

This is small and convient to use. I use it for many things including viewing my cameras. Shows a great landscape of the areas I’ve set up my cameras. Works great when video calling family members. Alexa knows who’s talking and what they look like. Takes good pictures. Plays loud music. I use it like a tablet and it’s awesome.

This is my third Amazon Echo Show and I like it as well as as the others. I have also given them as gifts to family members which allows us to keep in touch easily with a larger picture and more interaction as a family than using the small screen on a phone. My husband is in residential placement and not capable of using a phone, but is able to use the Show for calls, shopping, pictures, questions etc. The "8" meets all our needs and has an affordable price.

The Amazon Echo Show 8 far exceeds my initial expectations. I thought that I would occasionally use the Show 8, but find myself asking more questions and setting routines than I ever expected. The Screen is the perfect size for using in the kitchen area. I can see recipes and information easily on the screen. If I select to have music playing, the sound is fantastic, great highs and nice bass generated from the Show 8.

Purchased to replace an old Bose clock/radio. It has decent sound and voice commands are very helpful. The phone app is also useful in controlling from almost anywhere. Loading digital photos is confusing and the landscape orientation doesn’t work the best for portrait photos especially since I don’t like the cropping options. Occasionally it randomly shows side by side portraits which is nice but haven’t found a method to control or force the option over the cropping option that range from terrible to tolerable. Since it’s in our bedroom we keep camera lens closed but unfortunately the sliding cap is white on an all black echo show. Priced reasonably and overall not a bad purchase.

I am so very pleased with my echo show 8. I set it by my bedside and I listen to Some calm music and it helps me to relax and fall asleep. I am Very Pleased with it. I also have one echo show 5. Had this one for a few years now. If I ever need a new one I am going to buy the Tablet size screen. I just love to listen to my music sounds, very loud too. Thanks, Best Buy..

I was not into Alexa at all, but I had to admit now that I have it I really like it. I can turn on/off lights and fans inside and outside my home, I can check my cameras and use a doorbell, my daughter use it for help on her homework too. It's very easy to connect to all my device and so far I never had any problem. I also love the photo frame feauture when is in standby. I only take off a star because I am not able to place call or turn on/off my tv.

Great product. Large screen with rich color. Easy to navigate menu to set up with ease. Great sound from the speakers.

Amazon Alexa is an incredible assistant, the screen size is perfect for the living room, bedroom or kitchen. Everything is easier, from setting a reminder, watching a series while you cook, or asking it to give you the weather before leaving your house.

We have Amazon items throughout our home and have them partnered with our Ring cameras. We specifically got the Echo Show so we could see the camera feeds from our Ring devices. The Echo Show 8 was very easy to set up. The screen resolution is great and so is the sound quality. I would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller device with a screen. The price was great for this device

I video chat with my family and not everyone has Facetime. The echo is great for video chatting, streaming music, checking my Blink cameras, setting timers and alarms, as well as checking on the status of my amazon purchases. I originally started with the small 5 in and had to upgrade. I now use the smaller one for timers and music streaming.

Bought this for my dad who is 76 yrs old , he had the smaller one for a few years and loved it so much he was ready for an upgrade with a larger screen , so easy to use he has his doorbell attached and he video chats with his siblings controls his lights and AC with it and listens to music , it really is a great product !!!

This Echo Show 8 is great -- It integrates well with my other apps (Ring, Sonos, TP link). The speaker works well, but I think an Echo dot would be a little better. It is easy to set up. You can even make phone calls on it! Generally, it gives you current news, gives alerts, Of course, you can ask Alexa all sorts of questions. I am happy with the Echo Show and would recommend it.

Good value on sale. Great display and impressive audio quality. Its does not have huge upgrade from previous version but Improved camera quality. Smart features pack. Love the photo gallery. It lags and sometime slow response. Lacks the stand. I think, Stand, rechargeable battery pack and a little remote control (if you don't wanna shout) should be a great upgrade for completeness. Kids love to play with Alexa. I would recommend.

We got this to go with some Blink cameras. I thought the 5" screen would be too small, so we opted for th 8". It's a good size. The speaker sounds better than our old (1st gen!) Echo. Having the screen is very nice; we use it more than I thought we would. Notifications are displayed rather than having to be read out out loud every time and, of course, being able to view the cameras without having to grab my phone is a plus.

Wow! I didn’t expect so much out of a refurbished device. We wanted this mostly to help monitor our ring cameras but we use it for so much more now. It connected to all of our ring cam types very easily. The monitor is very clear and easy to see video/live activity. The sound is amazing, especially when I play music on it. It looks nice. Connectivity has been fine. Setting it up was easy. Overall for what we paid I’m very impressed.

I love the size of the screen!! Makes the cameras so clear! Ease of use

The Echo Show 8 2nd Gen has a sharp clear screen and excellent speakers. Quick easy setup using the touch screen. Of course, it helps if you already have the Alexa App and other Echo devices set up. The Drop In feature allows you to use the Echo Show to "drop in" on your home from your cell phone and see the room the Echo is in on your phone. Neat feature. All in all I am quite pleased with the device.

Nice size upgrade from the echo 5. Picks up voice much better than the 5 was capable of doing. I use it to calm my dog when he barks as I'm not home, furns on my lights or scent warmers, plays my music choices....and that's just a few items I've found it was capable of doing.
