    I live the Alexa. It is really a good device and I would not have purchased it but the Best Buy guy sold me on it and I been loving it every since.

    Love the concept, hate the privacy issues. Bought the unit and was really liking it. Then one night, my wife and I was watching TV and it started speaking to us. Said " based on your conversation, here is something I think you would like" I unplugged it and took it back the next day. Bought HomePod instead. Better privacy.

    Overall device is good but may froze from time to time making the touch feels like unresponsive. I hope the refresh rate gets better because the transitioning between the images being display is not as smooth and makes the device looks a slow device.

    I bought several of these, in order to create a network between my two homes and family members' homes. Fairly easy to use, but there are some drawbacks in voice recognition and command execution. The Echo Show 8 video quality is very good.
