I also like how you can switch the music from one echo to another just by telling it to switch it

It started out responding great but the speaker was very low, even at full volume. It started ignoring commands. I had to put echo 5 back in its place. Much better sound and response. I do not recommend echo 8.

Posted .Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the Echo Show 8. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Echo Show 8. I recommend making sure that the Echo Show 8 is on the latest software. You can check this by going into the device's settings or by saying, "Alexa, check for updates." I also recommend the following if the device is ignoring commands: 1. Check that your device has a strong internet connection. 2. Restart your device by unplugging it from power, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. 3. If none of these steps help, I recommend factory resetting the device by holding the mute and volume down keys until you see the Amazon logo, and then follow the on-screen prompts. If these steps do not help, and you are still having functionality issues, call Amazon customer service at 1-888-280-4331. They are available 24/7. I hope this information is helpful. Thank you!
