Having a screen is not terribly useful. I use my Echo devices with a lot of smart home automation and constant music. I bought this on a whim.... its not really any more functional than any other echo device... but it DOES have better sound than the little $30-$40 units. That said the first generation "dot" had a headphone port that you can connect to a set of computer speakers. If you don't have a pile of the old ones this is a decent option for something that sounds better,

Works as expected. Haven’t taken time to figure out how to get Pinterest on it, but apparently one can. Do not use it as much as I thought I would, but great for Ring notifications. Speaker ability is nice and camera is convenient.

This is a great product for normal day to day use. Its very easy to handle it.

This product is actually better than I expected, It listens without any problem, you can play music and turn off lights and more. Great product its just like Google or safari and you can even call.

It’s like having an assistant that actually listens and cares. I know I’m old but I’m amazed.

Such a convent way to see who is at my front door with my ring cam, and a fun way to video chat with my friends who have one as well.

Its not to big on the counter and brings a lot more to the table than expected. Like Sports highlights with videos, news, weather, its just nice to have right there for quick inquiries too.

Excellent product! I use it every day, it makes my housework easier and makes me remember things that I usually don't remember easily, I highly recommend buying it, plus you have fun with it too

I replace my Echo Show 5 for an Echo Show 8 and there was nothing wrong with the one I had. I just choose to upgrade because I live it sooooo much. It’s literally my “go to” for any and ALL questions or for whatever I need. Like- EVERYTHING!

This is wonderful to use in the kitchen, very handy to have as a multimedia device or just as a timer. Highly recommend.

Great device and it works well with the camera system

I was unsure about this but I love this so much!!!! Great picture and sound. Have in my kitchen and can cook while listening to music, watch movies and be on FaceTime with my family

My daughter has enjoyed her echo dot. She uses it as her alarm clock, plays music and watches Netflix. Couldn’t be happier
