    This thing works fine on my wifi network and can play netflix and youtube videos. Its great to have something to watch instead of just listening. Also I can do hands free video calling thur the alexa app and smartphones.

    I love my Alexa but I honestly don’t see the benefits of upgrading to this version of you already have the 2nd generation. The second generation works just as well as this one for a fraction of the cost.
