Amazon had least options for music or youtube or any google product being unavailable is major limitation. Google easily blends with Google Meet, Google products such as Youtube, YouTube Music, etc, Amazon Echo uses silk browser to play anything on Youtube. Quality of video is really great. No doubt great product for home to use it. More language options is needed for customers benefits (when using across world).

It started out responding great but the speaker was very low, even at full volume. It started ignoring commands. I had to put echo 5 back in its place. Much better sound and response. I do not recommend echo 8.

I recommend making sure that the Echo Show 8 is on the latest software. You can check this by going into the device's settings or by saying, "Alexa, check for updates." I also recommend the following if the device is ignoring commands: 1. Check that your device has a strong internet connection. 2. Restart your device by unplugging it from power, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. 3. If none of these steps help, I recommend factory resetting the device by holding the mute and volume down keys until you see the Amazon logo, and then follow the on-screen prompts. If these steps do not help, and you are still having functionality issues, call Amazon customer service at 1-888-280-4331. They are available 24/7. I hope this information is helpful. Thank you!
