But the constant ads and “suggested content” make it unbearable to use. Every time I walk by, it’s pushing something from Amazon instead of showing useful info. For a device in this price range, that’s unacceptable. It feels like I paid for a commercial platform rather than a smart home assistant.

This is now my second-priority gadget. I connected it to every smart home device I have. My life is so much easier now because of it. I like that it offers a range of news and trending topics, especially the joke of the day. She whispers back when you whisper a command to her, and I find it so amazing.

We use this one in the bedroom and it is everything we need for alarm, weather, music and etc. Highly recommend this Echo Show. Still things to learn to do on this, we are senior citizens so it will take a while to utilize this to the full capacity.
