I just choose to upgrade because I live it sooooo much. It’s literally my “go to” for any and ALL questions or for whatever I need. Like- EVERYTHING!

Easy to use, compatible with my Apple iPods, so I can play my music. Can watch Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. So if I'm busy I don't miss my shows, just plug it in, connect to Wifi and you are good to go.

It's is also very helpful with looking up recipes and reading back to me. The quality of the pictures and sounds are amazing!

It was simple to install and for her to use the video call feature. I love that the camera follows her and zoom in if she is away from the camera.
