I am enjoying the Amazon echo. I initially had some problems setting the unit up. I was unable to link it to many of my apps. I reviewed You Tube videos to no avail. Finally, I called Amazon and the customer care rep stayed on the phone and walked me through the proper settings. She did not disconnect until the unit operated as advertised. I was pleased with that interaction and really enjoy the Amazon echo.

I have the echo show 8 on my kitchen counter to keep me entertained while cooking or doing dishes. It's is also very helpful with looking up recipes and reading back to me. The quality of the pictures and sounds are amazing!

Love it! It’s just what I needed if I have problems with a problem, Alexa can answer any questions and if I want to hear a certain music, Alexa is definitely on it.

use this to keep track of appointments for someone who has some cognitive decline. also it pairs with our ring doorbell so we can see live what is at the front door

I am very happy with alexa., it has a good sound system and when I request or talk to her she understands me in Spanish or English..

This was a Mother's Day so that a great-grandmother can video chat with her one and only great-grandson. It was simple to install and for her to use the video call feature. I love that the camera follows her and zoom in if she is away from the camera.
