Has great sound over the older model. Got it on sale & was a Great buy!

I am really enjoying my Echo 8. However, when my budget allows, I'll buy the Echo with a larger screen. I'm a bit of a "Luddite", slow to take on current and new technology. However, this Echo was so easy to set up and use.Really enjoy using, especially when I'm cooking dinner! The only reason I rate this Echo a "4" is due to screen size and I could not access my "Passport" and Peacock streaming service. Easy to access all other streaming services, though (Netflix,Audible, Prime, of course).

I like the echo dot products never had issue with them

I have owned so many Echo Shows and all sizes. This 8” 3rd Gen is the best one yet! Sounds fantastic and the screen is crystal clear! Love it!

We already own the echo show 5 but this Amazon echo show 8 has some pretty neat features I didn’t even realize it had and we got it on sale. Definitely worth the price if you’re an amazon home person (& if you get it on sale, Best Buy should price match). It has some head tracking for video calls and connects super fast to your network and the other Amazon devices we have.

Great I use it to monitor my dad, he's over 80 years old. He also uses it to listen to music and learn new languages.
