Excellent product Everything I purchased from Best Buy has been great

Love it. I’ve been browsing the net since last year, reading reviews and deciding if this machine is worth it. It is. Easy to hook up. Works like a charm! Glad I bought it. It is a great investment. Due to the choices, you must decide which is best for you. This was the best choice for me. It sits on the dresser by me.

Alexa is indeed the best device I’ve ever gotten! She got my routine down and helps me with remembering so many tasks! Highly recommend bro, just get it!

First time the screen was broken. Initiated a return and went to the store hoping for a successful return and refund so i can start another purchase for the same item. This product is very easy to use I do have other devices with Alexa I have thought a change in screens I do at the job actually in all if I'm not mistaking 8 Alexis in my home this device has a little smaller screen but works extremely well with my cameras and etc. priced extremely well with this product
