    I tried to ask for help employees kept sending me to another fellow employee nobody really knew how products worked unless it was “big ticket items” employees especially salesman should know every feature of every product that’s on the sales floor. The ones I kept asking were clueless

    Echo is a very sufficient product. On visiting Best Buy to shop for a new device, I was extremely impressed by this model upon purchase. I must say the Best Buy representative was through in explaining the features when asked to. Thanks to the representative!
