I love this device, the sound is great and smart..

The Echo Show 8 is the perfect middle ground—great screen, solid sound, and a size that fits anywhere. The display is bright and sharp, perfect for video calls, recipes, or checking the news. Alexa responds quickly, and the camera auto-framing works well. It does push Amazon content a bit too much, but overall, it’s a reliable, smart addition to any room—especially if you’re already using Alexa.

Worth the purchase. My family loves it a lot, and it's easy to setup. I would recommend getting this.

There are soal many things you can do with this little gem. I gave 1 to my friend who lives alone & is lonely & doesn't sleep well. She talks to Alexa, uses the sleep sounds to help sleep, & watches tv while cooking. My sister uses it for her husband who has dementia & speaks 3 languages. He practices w/Alexa anð enjoys the programs of his favorite musicians. This last one I bought for my artistic sister who uses it to see instructions for her various ary programs. I useine for cooking ideas. Great to have!

Great addition you our new kitchen, we are able to listen to music, watch a YouTube video, and use it as a nanny cam for our pups

I love it. The screen is so much bigger than the other ones we have. And I think the volume goes higher so I can hear it better.

Got this for the kitchen. We had the mini and it was doing just fine but this one with the screen size and speakers is a game changer. Highly recommend.

This is my third time buying this product, we are very pleased with it. We have them in the areas where we mostly spend our time. We have one in our barn /shed/man cave where my husband spends time. Our ring doorbell is sync with it which is helpful because you can see who’s at the door. As seniors it’s a very helpful tool. Highly recommend!

Upgraded from a previous version and this is a nice improvement. Great sound, screen quality and much faster processing power. We love using it and our kids enjoy it as well. For music, videos, checking on the weather, SF 49ers score or any general questions. It does it all. Highly recommend.

Sound quality is great for what it is and the screen is bright and clear. My only gripe is it has a few problems connecting to some smart home things like our shark robot vacuum. It also doeant have an actual spotify app and uses some weird secondary connection to it.

I brought this for my Ring camera so i didn't have to grab my phone all the time. The screen size is great for my stand. I also uses it for the weather and occasional for jokes to ahare with my family. I will definitely be buying another one soon.

Easy set up, larger screen then our older Show 5. The new voice sounds better on this system. Quickly connected to everything in the home and the system. Very pleased with the product.

I bought this device to support a physically challenged person who has no use of her hands and arms. Thus, calling, receiving calls, viewing the news and turning on and off her TV have to be enabled hands-free. I was able to configure the Echo Show to work with her iPhone and Fire TV with the excellent help of the Amazon support team. We are very happy with the results and a person whose life is challenged is now able to live a somewhat normal life,
