I love my Alex because I get to monitor my house in and outside. Plus playing music on this Alexa sounds the music sounds great

Bought this to replace an older unit wife was using and this newer model is a big inprovement. Better sound and display as well as better voice control for Alexa devices!

Love it!!!! I use my echo show everyday! I keep it in the kitchen and use it to play music while I cook, to look up recipes and video call family. Such a great product!

After trying all the different sizes of Echo Show devices, we have decided that the Echo Show 8 hits the sweet spot without being too large or too small. The full sized Show had a beautiful display but took up way too much space. The 5 inch Show was way too small, the sound the really limited and its capabilities were limited due to size. This one meets all the capabilities of the full Show, but with less space being taken up. It sounds good, has a great display and is pretty customizable. We also tried using Fire HD tablets in Show mode, but the speakers were extremely limited and the mics weren't nearly as good as this device. Can't go wrong with this purchase!

My first time with an Echo Show, it surprises me with every utility that I discover, the optimal screen size, excellent speakers, totally user-friendly!

I have had Echo devices since they first came out and the ones with the screens are my favorites. This module is smaller than the top-of-the-line Echo Show, but it really looks and sounds quite good. The speaker is warm and full. The screen size is very decent. I now have several of this model along with a number of others throughout my house. I like to control lights, blinds, and A/V equipment using my voice. These are also great for timers and the occasional trivia question. A+

Sound: The sound is really good, I own an Echo Plus which is 3 small echo dots stacked. The sound is really nice and powerful at a medium volume. Really great at picking up sounds and request when you ask 'Alexa.' Ease of Use: Its easy to use the device once you install the Alexa App. This one is for my grandma and she uses it to 'Facetime' with my parents and others. Its really easy to change settings on the display rather than your Phone. Design: It is a nice white device, I really like the fabric design to it. It is bulky so you may need to put it on a night stand or a spacious desk.

Pretty handy device for the kitchen or anywhere. As an Amazon Prime member its highly useful for music, Prime shipping travking, heck, I’ve even watched Prime Video movies on there. Lots of great recipes as well.

I had been wanting to upgrade my Echo devices to the display models particularly for its video phone capability, and when I finally had the time to install one, I had to have one right away. I was impressed that Best Buy actually had them in stock, as opposed to waiting a week for an on line purchase so I drove down there, purchased it and had it running all within an hour. It is great to be able to exercise my impulse buying habit that fast. The device was simple to install, has all kinds of new features with the display and will become integral to our family communications.

Absolutely love this. I got it when it was $60 and what a steal. Its super easy to set up. just pretty much just plug and use. i didnt have to reconnect any of my lightbulbs during the setup. The sound quality is awesome. its good enough where i was able to hear the bass from my kitchen to my game room while still being clear. My favorite part is that i can watch HULU Netflix and Prime Video on it! its honestly better to purchase the shows instead of the dots because of the ease of use

This thing is pretty cool and lots of cool features. My bf and his brother use it for music a lot or asking Alexa weird random funny things. I like the weekly recipes i can watch and save although havent made any lol and can easily add ingredients to a shopping list and w the app then view my list at the store from my phone or just make up my own list and mark off when i get the item. Its also nice for random news or pop ups that display like a slideshow. Havent used it for much elsr yet. Got it as a half price daily deal

Loving my Alexa’s so far. I bought two of them and I have been using them non stop at my house. It’s does everything I need it to do and more. Love how you can literally control most of your rooms in the house with Alexa and if you connect other Alexa compatible items around the house this hub will make them work all together. I gave one to my sister as well and she loves it in her kitchen and uses it mainly for music and cooking recipes and videos. Great purchases so far!

Two of the grandkids come to our house daily to do their “distance learning” classroom work. We set a number of timers with Alexa through out the day as the kids switch virtual classrooms and take breaks between classes. The Echo Show displays remaining time on the timer and is much more helpful than when we were setting the timers on the Echo Dot with no display. Sound quality is good. It does not take up as much room as the larger original Echo Show.

Great product! Also love that blink cameras work with it so I can see who’s at the door. Also great for music, and helping with recipes.

I already own the smallest one out of the 3. I needed a slightly bigger one for my desk and it was the perfect upgrade. The speakers are decent and the screen never gets buggy. Alexa is always working great as always. There are many skills to add and seeing my ring cameras from the bigger screen is a plus! Definitely a great buy if you have many other Alexa compatible devices. If not, then it still serves a great purpose as it has many many uses. 5/5!

This Echo Show 8 is a winner. I have a LOT of Echo Shows around my house (various models) and I like this the best. The screen is much better quality (and larger) than the Echo Show 5 and larger screen than the first generation Echo Show. The design takes up less room than the earlier Echo Show models and looks better too. If you buy a stand for it, get the one from EchoGear (shown in my photos). It works great and tilts up and down and swivels. The screen looks great (HD) and sound is excellent. I like the switch on the top to turn off the camera and microphone (like the Echo Show 5).
