Good device, want to be more intuitive

Personally don’t see myself using this device as much as I intended. A little confusing to navigate through different applications/areas of the UI. Sound is good. Can hear me well. Alexa is my favorites assistant.

Unintended positive consequence - Deaf and HoH!

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got the Echo show to help communication between my mother and her best friend who is Hard of Hearing (HoH) and uses a telephone that captions out the words, but is very slow and not alway accurate. The Echo Show is so much better! She can hear most of what we say and there is no lag in the conversation! Other than that, Alexa is very helpful for things around the house - controlling lights, acting like an intercom system, giving us news briefs etc.
