So far so good picture is clear. I've only had it for 1 week im looking to see it function a month from now.

I purchased this one as a gift for my son, I had just purchased my own on Prime Day to replace my Echo tower that wasn't working too well. I love the Echo Show, it was easy to set up, and works great. I know my son will like it also. This item was on sale at the time, only slightly more than Prime Day sale. Arrived on time and in excellent condition.

Purchased 1-unit as to be able to incorporate it with my Ring Doorbell. Easy to set-up. Works great! The clarity of the visual is excellent. The sound quality is very, very good. The Show 8 is a nice size screen as to watch almost anything you want without taking up to much space. Liked it so much, I purchased another unit for another location within my house. Highly recommend.

Had no idea how convenient, helpful, and fun an Amazon-Echo Show 8 with Alexa would be until I visited my daughter and saw hers. I love this device, and utilize it several times a day, beginning with the day's forecast, asking for correct spelling, music, and general questions. Would highly recommend this device, and also suggest the 8" screen as opposed to the smaller unit.

perfect size, clear sound excellent price and easy to use.

easy setup, clear picture, requires both parties have similar device for video calls. A battery backup option would be great for moving around while video calling

Not only do we set timers and reminders to keep us sain, now our grand duaghters set timers so they (sisters) take turns using toys. I use it to drop-in at my daughter's house since she rarely charges her phone.

Upgraded from the 5 to the 8 and wasn’t dissapointed.use it mainly to monitor the cameras around my house.

I love my Echo Show. It was so easy to setup. The screen shows such a crisp clear images. It is easy to operate, whether you want to make a video call, pull up a recipe, or just ask silly questions. All of the skills form my existing devices transferred over automatically. The sound quality is awesome with such a rich tone. It really surprised me.

The Echo Show 8" is the center control piece to my Alexa integrated smarthome. The main functions that I use are the timer, reminders, Spotify, list creation, english/spanish translation, smart lighting control, and Ring Doorbell/camera viewing. As we have used it over the past one+ month, I have noticed that it gets a little laggy in response, but still functions as expected. I suspect that a new version/release of this product will have more RAM/storage to compensate for this.

This item is great. Large screen, easy setup and great price!

Use this echo every day for weather, news, games, etc.

I bought 4 of these for my sisters as a Christmas gift so that we could all make video calls to our mom. This is much easier for her to operate and answer the video calls. She loves it and she’s able to listen to music and ask Alexa questions also it works with her ring door bell.

Fantastic price for a device that provides exactly what I wanted it for. The Echo Show is a very simple device to use and provides a variety of applications. It will play some music, let you review recipes while cooking and turn off the lights. It provides a lot of convenience for a low price. I expected very little and was happily surprised.

Christmas gift for Mom/home. Beautiful large bright screen! Great sound. The touch screen of quick and accurate. Still getting used to it. Haven’t played with it as much. We placed the echo show in the kitchen. Who doesn’t like listening to music while cooking!?!?!

I really love my echo show, and wish I had gotten one sooner. I have it set up in my kitchen, so that I can listen to music, see the lyrics, and also see recipes. I haven't used it to call anyone, but that was not what I wanted it for, but I'm sure it would work just fine. I think eventually I will get one for other rooms as well.

I love the Echo Show! I have the echo 5 in my kitchen, which I use to watch YouTube videos or cooking tutorials and the bigger echo 8, I have in my living room. I have family photos as my background, and I always get compliments on it! It's great for entertaining because you can listen to your spotify music from it. Great buy!

Upgraded from the 4th gen dot and this thing is great! Having a quick way to pull up videos makes things way easier. Great as a central hub as well. Would buy again, but I may upgrade to the 10.
