So now she can call me when ever she wants and she watches her shows on it. She also is always asking it stuff. The nice thing is it has parent controls so they can only do so much on it. At night they use it as a monitor ( you have to purchase the little camera for it)

It can help you get stuff done during the day like asking Alexis to remind you something and it goes straight into your phone. Help you look for recipes, watch movies, get on the web, and connect to Smart lights, and etc.

Great alarm clock

Choose this Over the Comparable Google Nest Hub!

The audio quality and volume is so far superior on this product that I feel like someone is playing a joke on me with the Google version. Google also eliminated the camera on their version while the Echo Show 8 has a camera and the ability to mechanically close the lens. This is an outstanding product, I would highly recommend.
