It works just like any other Amazon product and was easy to setup for grandma. The fact that you get 5gb of space for pictures with a free Amazon account was an added bonus. The screen is bright and the speaker is loud.

The black color if this Echo 8 has a nice tone that I do not find in any other brands. It’s a kind of deep black color that you would only expect coming from a black hole. Yep it’s that black.

Very good sound & graphics. Easily connects & operates off my network of other Amazon Echo devices. Easy to put your photo library onto a background slide show. Recognizes most commands the first time. I love that it lists the words to songs I choose.

Echo show is great ! This model is best value for price as the newer doesn’t have that many new features ! We have one and bought this as a gift and they love it !! We use for smart home devices and music snd more !!

I have several Alexa Echo devises (4). I have also purchased several others (3) for my nieces. I, and they, love having an assistant (voice), lol. Also, I purchased the first Alexa tower the 1st week it came out it 2014 and, it is still going strong.

Excellent product. We use it daily and have in multiple rooms.

I like it. The Echo 5' was too small for me to read the screen from a distance but the 8' is perfect.

Easy enough to set up, a few hiccups getting it to hook up to Ring doorbell , but overall good to go.

I bought a couple of these as they were on sale at the time. My house is full of Google Home speakers and screens, but Alexa does some things better. I set this speaker up in my office. I added Skype too. I ended up getting a call from a relative and it was superb.

I have the 10 inch for the kitchen and I had the 5 inch for my nightstand but I always felt the 10 inch was way too big for it. So when the 8 inch came out, it was the perfect size. Highly recommend it, use alexa all the time to turn off my lights at night.

Good Smart Display but not much of an upgrade from last years model but a much better price on sale.

I am enjoying the device. I like it for not having a battery to go bad. I can plug it in keep it plug in and and its always ready. I just used it the other day to drop in on my son. He had purchased one when I made him aware that I had one. The connection was great.

It may be too soon to review, but so far we're very happy with it. Only using it with our BLINK camera system, and it's great with that. Will we eventually expand its use? Probably somewhere down the road. Still getting a feel for it.

love this! we purchased the ring camera and chime and then purchased this and its perfect! My parents are not tech savvy and this helps them so much--they can see their ring camera so well on the echo show!

I have 2 15-18 inch digital frames for pictures. But my 2 youngest grandchildren are in Colorado. And with pictures on Amazon. I was so shocked to pics of them by saying play photos. No need to download to add card. And as we share photos I get all the new ones

Bought it to communicate with my elderly mom who isn’t technical person. Drop in feature is a brilliant idea since anyone can check on other linked person. Use it everyday check and communicate with mom. Alex feature are awesome too.

With the pandemic going on it is not safe to visit with family and friends. The Echo Show is a great way to connect with them during this time. A phone call is good but nothing beats a video call. It is the next best thing to being there!!

Great product lacks a few features for music and entertainment but overall does the job

I purchased this not sure if it could replace my Echo Home base. But found it did and may end up purchasing and replacing my bedroom Echo Dot. I love the fact I can glance and see the time and weather. This is well worth the purchase!
