I use this in the kitchen to view recipes/videos. Great product and something I use everyday.

Took a while to get it going and the Geek Squad guys had to leave so they left me with directions to finish the set up, but I was able to get it going and now it is working great!

This was an addition to our growing Alexa family. It was very easy to set up. The video call quality is great. I did purchase the stand at an extra cost, but it is not absolutely necessary. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Great! Use it every day...for music and alarms throughout the week, and decent size screen

It works; you can not use it as a table or something like an iPad; its basically only an Alexa with a display that helps to see what going on inside the alexa basically; its not too much to do by only your finger

Pretty impressed so far; using it for a month just exploring all the different options and commands. Very easy to setup; less than 5 mins and good to go. Able to contract my Samsung smart lights. Love the size of this screen for recipes

Bought this for my elderly father as he has trouble with answering phone. Able to easily check up, talk, and set up reminders for pills. A nice alternative for phone but easy to use with audio cues.

Pretty good device. I like the mechanical camera cover. Speaker sounds great. Good buy.

Works great. Can’t believe the ease in setup and all it does. Wonder why I didn’t but it sooner.

Gave this as a gift to my parents for Christmas and they love it! They have all their lights programmed to it and are taking advantage of the tech this device provides. I will most likely purchase another one for myself very soon.

I brought it for my wife for Christmas, she love it. I am not allowed to use. I just glad it did not have a man name for, I be thinking she was cheating on me LOL. Shoot she like it so much she talk her more then me now....Thank's

I replaced a show 5 with this version in our living room. I like the larger screen size - easier to see info across the room. That said, the show devices never seem to hear our voices as easily as the other echo speakers or Sonos one speakers around the house. I have to speak louder to get the wake word to activate. Same issue with our Show 5. I think it’s because they have fewer far field microphones that other devices.

Great functionality, great price!!! Useful for so many purposes; along with the camera, we use it to communicate throughout the house, as well as extra security. The ECHO itself serves numerous functions as an online access point!

So far works great, use it with ring and stream movies on it.

Easy set-up, everything I have tried to accomplish so far has been fairly easy. Set-up seem fairly intuitive and directions are clear. Have found on-line forums to be very helpful. I would buy again/another if the need arose.

Alexa does not have the ability to accept the guest wifi EULA automatically so this did not work well with my mom at her nursing home. We use it at home now.

Really nice screen clear and sound was not distorted on the device.

This and the camera the brink camera works awesome together everyone should buy one together instead of having to look at your phone to see the camera it works together with Alexa hey see it on the screen. Best product I’ve ever bought from Best Buy.
