We have several amazon echo devices in our home. They work great. This was our first Show device and it works great. Put in kitchen to play music and help with recipes for meals. The screen really is useful and large enough to read.

In light of the current situation with Covid 19, I have been reluctant to visit older friends and relatives. I bought this device to make video based phone calls and I have not been disappointed. The device was easy to set up and easy to use.

Nice device added to my kitchen. Pretty cool it's always showing me news and sports info. Sound is good for the 8" size. I was very happy to snag a couple on Best Buys one days sale. If I knew how nice the Show 8 in would have purchased several more for family

We recently bought the echo show 8 and we love it! very easy to install and we connected smart light bulbs and ring door bell camera to it without any trouble. Very convenient to view recipes with videos on how to cook highly recommended.

Echo show 8 is definitely an upgrade for us from show 5 with much larger screen size. It does take a larger space. Yet that's minor compared to added capability of video chat in between device. Only drawback considering now is my echo dot seems redundant.

We love the Echo for playing music, tracking online items that are out for delivery, and viewing our house cameras through it. We bought it on sale and would definitely recommend for its quality and price.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She loves it. She uses it in the kitchen and watches Netflix/Prime video. Easy to search recipes. You can video chat if you have the Alexa App. Good purchase and great price. Happy we bought it.

I bought four of these for Christmas gifts so that we can video chat with out of state family members. Very easy to set up and use. We also linked ours to our ring doorbell so that I can see who is at the front door. I would/have recommended this product.

Love it.. it plays Netflix so it is helpful with the little ones while trying to al clean up the kitchen. You can make calls and they are pretty clear. You can play songs put a timer on it all with just talking to her. Love it..

Nice size Echo Show. Like the color and the fact you can shut off the camera. Has really good sound when playing music. Purchased an extra swivel stand for it which makes it more convenient to move around.

I bought this for my dad who suffered a severe stroke a few years back. He always loved new tech but he is non verbal now and can’t interact verbally with devices like the echo dot. I saw that this has a touch screen and thought I’d give it a try. I set it up to play a slideshow of pictures of his grandkids and kids as the screen saver, display sport scores, video call mine and my daughters devices, and showed him how to navigate Amazon Music. He loves it more than anything he’s gotten in years. He pops up to see us a few times a week and even though he can’t really speak, we talk to him and it clearly brightens his day. He also loves the world of music available to him now. I would categorize this as a healthcare purchase in our family’s case! It’s been that good for his mental health. So affordable for everything it does!

Bought one for my dad and one for myself. Loved that I could call my parents on it and see them, since we can’t be together due to COVID. Very easy to set up, and begin using. Love that my parents only have to answer, and don’t need to be tech savvy to use. Also great that other family members don’t need one to call them on it, can just download the Alexa app and call them from their smartphone, and still can see each other. Also, the sound is amazing, so it’s better than the phone for my dad who is hard of hearing. Would absolutely recommend for others who can’t visit loved ones, or for hard of hearing people who struggle on the phone.

I love the Echo Show 8! It's a wonderful addition to the kitchen. I can watch show on Hulu and Amazon Prime. I can listen to Spotify and other streaming services. It has great sound and ample volume. It has a lot to offer for such a low price.

I enjoy this Echo Show 8 very much. Easy to setup and use. With unusual holiday season the Echo 8 was so very useful in video chatting with family. I use it all the time to tale calls for work and it works flawlessly. Great product.

It is easy and fun to use for all ages and it helps keep everyday schedules organized, I would highly recommend it for any one, the size is just right for your counter. It is way for young ones to use and to find recipes on and it is fun to call relatives on.

We use these as mainly baby monitors on our nightstands and in the kitchen. They work awesome for that and to ask questions and play music. You can even stream movies on it!

I love everything about the Alexa show. Very user friendly. I really enjoy working in the kitchen and can just ask Alexa to pull up a youtube video, a recipe or even watch hulu while cooking or cleaning. I also purchased the echo 5 for my son.

Love this Echo device, very easy to set up and use. My mom saw mine and wants one herself. I love how you can listen to the news, watch movies, literally everything. Only downside is it has no battery so it must be plugged in to use.

Bought two of these Echo 8 shows. Couldn’t be happier. The prices were right for me and the product was very easy to setup and install. Easy connect to my Ring doorbell, great view of visitors at my front door.

Much better than the 5 inch version. I bought a bunch of Ring cameras that came with a free 5 inch version. Don't get me wrong, the 5 inch screen is usable. But. For the kitchen display my wife no longer has to squint. The 5 inch was OK. I have a 10 inch other brand too. I like it too . The difference between the 5 inch Echo and the 8 inch Echo does't sound like much, but It is all the difference in the world. My wife can see recipes better; The Ring cameras come in easier to see. It is the same resolution but much nicer on the eyes. I got the 5 inch free. I had to pay for this. It was on sale to be sure. but it was worth it.
