Easy ordering on your website. Fast delivery, all around a good experience. My only disappointment is that no gift receipt is available with shipment. As i ordered these gifts for my children, I have no idea of their quality or ease of use.

Easy to setup, dropin lags. Meaning i have to close n reopen within the app. Cant send pics directly from phone to echo show without use of another app. wish could slect which devices to announce to. Overall, great way to stay connected with elderly parents wirh dropin

Love the echo dots. This is basically the same with a display. Display is too small for a room. Makes a good alarm clock next to the bed.

I got this Amazon echo show for my mother who is 89 years old. She loves it and use it every day to listen to music and to call her friends

Works great for us to see family during these times as parents are older and have medical issues. Really should have come with the cradle so you can adjust the camera angle. Mother in law uses it as a tablet to watch Netflix while Father in law is watching football.
