How did I live without this? It plays every song I could think of! Helping my mom with quick recipes. Ask it anything....love it! We added it to the Ring so it displays everything at the front door.

So far loving it. I have it set up in my kitchen. I've used to listen to music, look up recipies while cooking and also have pulled up a football game to watch while cooking. I did notice that while I have a recipe up, I haven't been able to listen to music off of it at the same time. Hoping that is just something I need to work out because I'd love to still have music playing in the background while having a recipe showing on the screen to be hands free and no need gor scrolling on my phone. The sound quality is great for this. If we are in the backyard doing yard work, we just open the kitchen window and play music for the back.

My daughter ask me to have one of these. So now she can talk to her grandfather that lives in Texas when ever she wants. Also listen to music and watch movies while building her legos.

So far we like it, haven’t had time to fully set up but I love seeing pictures of the family on it and like playing music on it when in the kitchen. Works good to turn on lights. well worth the money. It shows recipes everyday, I wish it would cook them

So far so good. The sound quality is great and the screen is a good size. It currently sits on our kitchen island so the family can enjoy it. Only complaint is the OS can be a little laggy at times. But so far satisfied.

Awesome in every way serves as a tablet for my son when cranky, I use an alarm on night stand and another in my kitchen table top so easy to find a recipe or put music to set mood. Good quality looks classy (white) and great screen pixelation

Excellent Alexa addition to our home. The larger screen and loud speaker are amazing for viewing and communicating with our doorbell and other connected devices.

Bought this device when it was on sale. Definitely like the audio/video quality over the Show 5 (not that the show 5 is a bad device). More space, better speakers & bass. Screen is nice & bright, but dims in low light (a must if you want to sleep). Made phone calls with it, great sound. Haven't video called with it, so can't make any opinions on it. If you owned any other echo device, does the same sound wise, but with a bonus of having a screen to show you some information, surf the web on it as well (it is a touch screen). Bonus, I can see my security camera views I have setup in my place (skill required of course)!! That's a nice touch especially if you have a multi level home. Now, to fully take advantage of the device, you NEED to set up routines with your smart devices & appliances as well as have the right skills for them. This will eliminate the need to constantly do it on your mobile device or tablet. If you do not, won't do much for you. As a stand alone product, you can use it, but you don't take full advantage of what it can do unless you're working on making your home a smart one. Excellent addition to the Echo line of products.

I love the Alexa echo show this one sits on my kitchen table and I use it for almost everything but especially as a little tv (compatible with Hulu Netflix and prove video) or music device while cooking or doing dishes

We love the Echo Show especially for our Blink cameras and Ring doorbell. We just tell Alexa to show us whatever camera or front porch and within seconds we can see exactly what is going on. This is especially great when weI get an alert from Alexa, ex: "There's motion at front door." This is in additional to all the other wonderful Show functions. I highly recommend the Echo Show. Actually we liked it so much after buying the 8" for our living room we bought a 5" for the kitchen and another 5" for the bedroom. You can move it from room to room but Best Buy had such a great deal/sale we decided to buy a total of 3.

Much better than 5, I’d definitely recommend going for 8, simply for display and sound quality. It is also not that much bigger, but definitely a good buy for your money if you’re invested in Amazon ecosystem.

Excellent and elegant way to bring entertainment to the kitchen. Can watch cooking shows, listen to music, watch who’s at the front door and much more just by asking. No need to touch the screen with messy kitchen hands!

I really love when I'm cooking and it calls up the recipe and I can follow it on the screen. What I don't like is sometimes it just starts playing something when I didn't request it. Overall I'm very happy with my Echo show.

My husband loves his echo show. We have had it almost a year and we are still learning about everything it can do. Screen is the perfect size and picture quality is almost perfect. We use ours everyday.

The Echo Show 8 has many features that makes it a great purchase. Hands free calling. Nice screen size and quality video quality. You can even watch Amazon Prime videos on it. Just by voice request.

Fun little Alexa, easy to use. Like being able to actually see a recipe written out. Or to see the long term weather forecast graphically. Outstanding customer service during pandemic shut down and curbside pickup. Could not be happier.

This works very well, and has surprisingly good sound quality. Very easy set-up also. We keep finding more uses for it. Store had a nice and informative display, although it was difficult to find the stock for this display.

Been eyeing the Echo show 8 for quite some time now, finally bit the bullet and purchased one, when it went on sale $99.99 (though this week it went on sale for $79.99, slap in the face) But setup the show with my existing cubeTV, FireTV, and a few Echo dots. Works just as expected. Though had to buy the stand separate, Amazon should make the stand part of the show package. My next purchase will be the Ring video doorbell!

Love my Echo Show 8. The bigger screen is so much easier to see. Sound is clear. It's great for looking up recipes, checking the weather, fun facts, jokes etc.

Easy to use news updates all day. I always know the weather. Great speaker to listen to music. Plus bonus it hooks up to my blink camera so i can video see who is at the door. Simple to set up. Even an 50+ can do it. Lol
