Difficult if setting up for elderly people
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Echo is easy to use for the average person but be aware, if you purchase for elderly people to use video calling, it is not a simple set up unless they have (1) an Amazon account (can't be yours) (2) a stand-alone smart phone that they can download the Alexa app on. Was a bit of a pain to set up for this purpose but works well once you get it up and running.
