Great device it assist with a lot of command would recommend

It’s a little hard to program had to call support a couple times

Works well but the screen is tiny. It's small size just didn't work for me in the end.

Echo with a display. Used in place of a "smart clock" since most don't support alexa.

This product has been a frustration from the beginning. Bought the product to serve a dual function as a photo frame and alert for a connected Ring video doorbell. Had difficulty getting the photo feature to work correctly. Photos would either display and not scroll or not display at all. I am not an expert, but I am tech savvy. It took far too long to figure out how to display my photos. Connection to Ring doorbell worked for a while, but then inexplicably stopped working after a few days. Strangely, the Alexa feature also stopped responding. Since Alexa wasn't the primary feature we were interested in, this didn't bother us, but it would definitely be a problem for someone who wanted that feature. Read serveral reviews about problems with this model. If buying as a primary monitor for Ring doorbell, would not recommend it. Use your phone instead.

It is a good upgrade from the Amazon Echo Dot that I had. Works well with smart devices.

The display quality can be better. Alexa can take time to respond but a good device

I like the device but the video calling is terrible. I have the Echo Show5 as well and it has a much better camera. It would be a much better device if the quality for Video chatting was better. Also, it would be great if Skype wasn't the only Video conferencing skill. Multi-calling would take this device to another level if it was available.

Works great. Love the functions alexa can do for home automation. This is worth it.

Got two of these and love them. Used them everyday for Alexa command and smart home.

It works well but should have a way to adjust it up and down.

Me parents live it and it makes it easy to talk to grand kids. The music sounds find too

Nice but not the very best sound that money can buy. Pity a stand has to be extra.
