Great product. It works with the home security line. Very happy with it.

Not sure if I just got that "one" that has issues but it doesn't stay connected to wifi. Started just going offline every couple weeks then now, every other day. Doesn't want to connect with Alexa app either. When it does want to work, it does what it supposed to.

The echo show is working good I am still learning how to use it.

It does everything I expected it to do and does it very well.

My wife go it for mother's day, installed it in her "she-shed" and loves it.

I'm a amazon guy, like these items. we use for in house communication as well

Bought this for a Christmas gift so have not gave it to my son yet

My purchase with Best Buy Bridgewater has been a nightmare. The reasons why: Began with Best Buy crew installation, supposedly they delivered and installed, 2 guys came after they saw space and said it was very tight, they told my wife the parts they had belong to other customers and they would have to reschedule installation??? They took my old machine that I removed and left outside for them, they said someone from Best Buy will call me back to reschedule the installation, a month went by and we haven't heard from anybody. I finally installed the machine and checked all the gas connections making sure no leaking I also got a gas detector to double check no leaking even though I smelled gas odor. Now the machine is installed and the dryer has a subtle gas smell. I called Best Buy they put me on hold several times, when I finally spoke to someone I was told that my saleqepresentative was on vacation, someone else told me they would relay my message to customer service and they would call me to schedule an appointment. After 2 wks without a call I decided to go to the store in person and was able to talk to someone who scheduled a technician to take a look. I got a text message with all the info. The day arrived, and no one came nor called during the window or after. I had many options of places to purchase but I chose Best Buy thinking they have a reputable name. I understand these are tough times due to covid, but Im very disappointed with the lack of response and even lack of courtesy after such a n big purchase. It's making me question this purchase overall and even opening a card.
