I'm sure I haven't even touched on all the fancy things this can do, but I have 2....one in my kitchen and one in my sons room so I can drop in on him while I'm doing stuff in the kitchen. I also use it to check the vivint doorbell to see who is out there if I'm in the middle of cooking, doing dishes, etc. Of course it is also great for normal alexa things like listening to music, my audio books, or asking it questions. No complaints from me!

Fairly easy to set up within 10 to 15 min. Already had alexa dot and alexa on cell phone, and there were some problems getting them all to sync up at first.Video and audio playback are excellent for what it is.

Works well with my Hue lights, Video calls and messaging is easy. Music sounds surprisingly good.

Love my echo show and my echodots too. I now have 3 echo shows and I love having the one in my kitchen to bring up my saved recipes or search for new ones. She reads each step of the recipe to me. I can ask her to repeat and she does. I have one next to my recliner and when someone is at my door I just ask her to show me the front door. The echo show is much faster than the Ring app on my phone. I feel much safer with my echo show and life is easier.

I purchased the device for my aging mother who is having vision trouble seeing the cell phone and her home telephone to make phone calls. Now she’s able to just say Alexa please call.... and it does exactly that. Alexa is giving her a sense of independence again and we are very thankful for that. The downside is it has to be connected to her cell phone and I thought that you could just program it to make calls but it still works out for her benefit.

I use it for EVERYTHING!! I use it as a timer, check the weather, etc.

Works as advertised. Easy to setup and good sound quality speaker. Screen isn’t great for high resolution video or streaming tv or movies. Easier to change settings than other Echo devices since you can use the touch screen.
