The Echo Show 8 is my first Alexa-enabled device with a screen. I took advantage of a post-Christmas sale to add it to my collection and I really like the way it adds to my kitchen. We haven't yet used it for video calls, but I can see that day coming. Highly recommended.

Love the product! Easy to use and great screen size!

I love that it displays lyrics for songs playing and also so convenient for recipes being displayed and showed pictures and step by step instructions instructions. It's like having a voice activated fire tablet with great sound quality not to mention the main reason I purchased was to view my ring doorbell activity without having to have my phone. Love it!

I love the Amazon echo. The screen is amazing, it’s very clear and the sound is also nice. I love that I can ask it to show me the different security cameras I have adding the house, or okay a certain song or even show me a recipe. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to buy ones

Great value. When the holidays come Amazon will be sold out, so don’t count bestbuy out!! Great for recipes which is surprising as I didn’t think I would be using it so much for new recipes. Just tell alexa what you want and you’ll get a bunch of recipes some with step by step videos. Great in the kitchen while you are cooking

Purchased the Echo Show 8 so my parents could video call me, my siblings and grandchildren. Setup is a little difficult. (Amazon website and the comments section from other customers is helpful). Works well for parents, they are pleased. Would buy again and recommend.

I bought this as a Christmas Gift for my daughter who always used our older version of the Echo Show. She loves it!! Although I haven't used it alot, the first thing I noticed was the great sound quality and clear display. Much better than ours! (I may be buying a new one as well) It arrived on time, in perfect condition. Love Best Buy

I got tired of having to open up my Ring doorbell app to see what was going on or who was at the door. I bought this echo show to make it much easier especially cause it is Alexa friendly. It was advertised to pair with the 5 but I preferred to get the 8. I,m also using it as a nightstand clock and picture slideshow of the favorite people in my life.

Love my echo show, freedom of my own music hub with one word. Love that I can make amd receive video and phone calls. Loved it so much I got another for my mom and dad. Wish I would of spring for the larger one for them. Great product and amazing price threw Best Buy!

I would give this 10 stars if I could! The gadget is so helpful. I use it as my alarm clock and instead of having to reach over and find the button to snooze, I just say Alexa 10 more minutes and she snoozes for me. If you want some music you can get it played away, the weather for the day, whatever you want!

The sound is very clear and wide screen for video calling.

This was the only device that allowed my family to “drop” in on my mom in her assisted living facility during the shut down. She is not able to answer the phone because of memory loss, but we were still able to contact her. This has giving us so much piece of mind during a difficult time. Works great and her now is even able to call us and do video chats!

This really helped us connect our kids with their grandparents. My dad doesn't have a smartphone and there aren't good instructions with it on how to set it up with downloading the Alexa app on your smartphone. I dug around online long enough in Amazon help docs to figure it out, but was definitely more challenging to set up than expected. With a smartphone, it's much easier. Dont like how you cant adjust the angle it sits at without spending more money on an adjustable bracket. Sometimes your too close, sometimes you're too far away... cant adjust it. Picture and video quality is good. No complaints there.
