Bought as gift for my wife. She has had the smaller version and always liked it. Super happy with the bigger version for using recipes in kitchen as well as easily watching video clips. Added bonus, it was on sale.

My 14-year-old loves this device. He uses it for so many things! He uses it to communicate with other devices in the house, listen to music, watch Prime movies and set timers and alarms. Highly recommend this device!

Glad I bought the Amazon Echo Show 8. It fits perfectly next to my computer. I can watch a movie or make a phone call to my sister - no problem - it has nice, clear pictures and the speakers sound really great.

I am surprised that I like these so much. We have two, which allows us to communicate from room to room. They are constantly in use to play a song, answer a quick question, check the weather or pull up a video. Screen resolution is very good and audio quality is far better than I expected. They are capable of far more than we are using them for right now, such as displaying our photos or making video calls, but I'm sure we will use more features in the near future. The manually operated shutter which blocks the camera is reassuring. I can see this being a great gift to give to grandparents who want to see and hear their grandchildren. Also, in pandemic times, we could quarantine and still communicate if needed.

I don’t know how I used to live without this. From playing music to watching videos or just answering random questions, the echo show does it all. Great volume and sound quality for the price as well.

I believe these are much better than the regular echos! The information provided on the screen is worth it's weight in gold. Weather, Messages, general information and it also shows the lyrics when you play music through amazon music.

I own an echo spot which is great but this is much better. My dad takes the thing all over with him he watches movies, listens to music, and keeps a check on the security cameras. It has good sound quality and loud speakers.

That's one of the best purchase I did in a long time, works perfect and so many features then even is a screen to see my door bell Ring outside and inside of home with my cameras. We are so happy with the Echo 8.

Bought for My wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. It has great internet spread and the sound is amazing . Plenty of bass for an entire room. Easy to set up as well. Fun !

Have had this model already in my kitchen. This is a perfect addition to my bedroom to replace my Echo 5. I wanted to have a larger screen to see my security cameras from across the room.

Works like expected. We were able to have a video call with the in-laws who don’t have a smart phone or computer. We can also control our smart home devices as well as take advantage of all Alexa capabilities.

We switched all our Google products to Alexa. And we’re more than satisfied with their products, specially with this gem which it pairs with almost all of our products and services like the ring and Apple Music.

I really like this device it is the perfect size. I have it in my kitchen for when I need a recipe. I like that it has a display so you can watch videos too. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this product doing the height of the pandemic, as a way to stay in contact with my dad he lives out of state. It was awesome being able to see him and interact with family. Great product.

I love the easy way to use Alexa. I love that she can guard your house. She plays music for you. My children can see me. If they think I’m in trouble or they haven’t heard me they can drop into my house. I love Alexa!!

Love these devices. We have a number of both the 5" and 8" models. We use them for multiple functions and the grandchildren love having Alexa play songs and videos.

This version has the upgraded software and the sound is on par with my Bose system. This is like a Swiss Army knife and does everything well, you will not be disappointed with the Amazon Echo. Great product !
