Comes in handy in the kitchen. Sound is great. Can't really lauch apps ie. it has to go to the YouTube wabpage to play videos. I'd be really happy if they update the clock size. Clock is a bit small and also it doesn't display the date. Got it on sale so I'm pretty happy with it. Don't pay full price.

Bought it for my mother in law because she love the echo show 5” screen so when I saw this one on sale I bought it to give to her so she can place it in her room.

I love the show device. It shows whose at the door, plays music, all types of information. Just love it!!!

Love this toy in the kitchen, great for working with recipes and access to my music. Sounds remarkably good for such a little device. Pity about the silly price for the pedestal.

I live my Echo Sow 8. It’s on my kitchen counter and I can watch recipes all day if I want. Also I love I can upload my photos onto it.

We purchased (3) of these and they have all worked well without any problems. Installation was straightforward. Sound and display qualities are excellent, Highly recommend.

The bigger screen on the Echo Show 8” makes a big difference vs. the Echo Show 5”. They both work great, but this version is much easier to see from across the room.

This is my first Alexa device and it is very easy to use. I can control most of my smart devices with it - Ring security system, Samsung smart TV. Super cool and useful.

Great for putting in my office and living area. Keeps me connected to my kids and plays my Spotify music throughout the house and connects to my Ring camera.

The Echo Show 8 is my first ever Amazon Echo device and I couldn't pick a better choice. I needed a command center hub for all my smart gadgets such as turning on and off my light bulbs and my smart speaker. The Echo Show 8 does the job for me but more. I used this as a photo display gadget in my kitchen and I couldn't be happier. I also used this to watch Prime Videos while cooking or prepping food. My only gripe with this is the integration of Youtube, I watched a lot of youtube videos on a regular basis, and Echo Show 8 doesn't have a true integrated Youtube APP. It's mainly an internet browser version of Youtube. It works but requires effort of pressing the screen multiple times to get to the video you wanted. I'm hoping in the future Amazon can update us with a true Youtube app as well as Netflix, and other streaming apps.

Works well with the ring doorbell. As with other echo products it can get annoying sometimes as Alexa is always listening so there are times when Alexa responds while you're having a conversation with someone. The Alexa skills can use some improvements however overall it's a solid product.

Dad loves it! Thats all that matters. Video calls to my parents. Visual music playing all the time and my mother loves the recipes. Sound is great in this lil package.
