As good as advertised, I enjoy the larger screen size much more than the 5, so I recommend it. All the Echo Shows I have owned lock up after playing music for a long time (either timing out or not being able to play music at all unless rebooted), so it is what it is I guess, it's not that big of a deal.

the show was very easy to set up the video screen is very bright and easy to see this is a device I would say anybody and everybody might want to have

I’m new to the world of Alexa. After getting the Echo Show 8, I’m hooked. Screen is excellent and the speaker is amazing.

My kids and wife love this thing. She use it for recipes all the time and it works with your tv surround sounds and my ring and out door cameras.

Using this Alexa device is very convenient for us! Just tell alexa what command you want just set it up First at the alexa app and your good to go.

We purchased this Echo because my wife wanted to listen to music and know what the weather was doing in our area. This unit is very handy when you want to verify facts on different subjects. Highly recommended.

I bought this echo on special. 2 for the price of 1. Needed to update our echo show 1 gen. This is better, way better. And what's cool it has a mode where you can speak both Spanish and English and she responds in Spanish or English depending on what you spoke to her. Great feature in a bilingual household.

Bought this for my fiancé. She loves the echo show. She has saved more great recipes from the shows suggestions. Sound quality is great too.

Bought as a Christmas present for my son to give to his aunt and she loved it! Seems to have a nice screen and great size! No complaints thus far.

I got the Show 8 to replace Action Tiles that was loaded on a Fire Tablet 8 and mounted on the wall for Smart Home Navigation. I wish the Show 8 has a similar 'tiles' layout. Otherwise it works just like the echo dots around the house to control devices thru voice. The speaker is nice to play music at home.

i love this thing easy to use and all you have to do is tell alexa what to do and it’s done if you have the other equipment in your home to make it a smart home

I love my Echo Show it the best thing I buy. I have one sitting on my desk in my office and it like having a secretary right there.

I love my ECHO. Love love love. The speaker is great and we use it all day long. It’s especially great now for my toddler to drop in with his grandma and aunts.

Since working from home became normal during the pandemic, I've always streamed music and other audio from my computer. The problem is, the streaming would eventually take up so many resources that my computer would slow down. Moving the streaming to the Echo Show has made my work experience much better. Also, I like seeing the news headlines, sports scores, and weather slide across the screen. With this purchase, I also discovered that Best Buy offers same-day delivery, so I didn't have to run to the store for curbside pick-up.

We bought four of these because they were so inexpensive during Black Friday time that we decided to upgrade all of our smaller ones to larger ones

Love my echo show! The bigger screen is great! I had a echo show 5 for years but with a bigger screen it’s just amazing!

We use it a lot because we have a lot of babies in the family born this year in different states. The picture is great, the sound is great. I wish it was more flexible in how you can tilit it etc. Also, I would like to be able to communicate with more than one person at a time.

I like and the price is good. You can use with your ring security cameras and with your smart tv and many more functions. I recommend to buy one.
