Hard to Navigate but it gets easier

It is difficult to navigate some websites (you have to open YouTube and then click in the address to enter the URL) but you can open any website. Apps are decent if you pay for Hulu or prime but no Netflix. Hulu is really hard to navigate too. Try looking up a specific episode of anything? Good luck! You have to outsmart and look up on another device to find the episode and then ask Alexa in the perfect way to get it to work. Overall we like it. We use it in the kitchen and we can look up recipes.
