Works well for the smaller model. We use it for the bedroom. The larger unit is in the kitchen where it gets used the most. It has been very helpful in adding to grocery lists and general questions.

Great upgrade from the 1st gen Echo Show. The speakers on this device sound great and fill a room. I purchased on sale durning the holidays and at that price point you cannot beat the quality and value.

The camera is not very good, but having Alexa with a screen is a game changer. I use the photo slideshow. There are many features I have yet to try like routines, but I use it everyday. The audio quality is better than the dots and can still be connected with a Bluetooth speaker although this is done on the device instead of the app like the no screen Echos.

Very useful. I’m sure I’m not using it to it’s potential yet as I’m still learning but I love that it’s connected to my ring doorbell and my blink camera so I can view who is there.

Seems to be lacking ease of use for the user. Audio from the device is impressive. Seemed like video streaming was difficult to navigate. I really wanted to used this for my arlo security cameras at home and have the alexa at work. Alexa would not connect to my cameras for what i assume to be because of being on different wifi.

Great item with the 8in screen help a lot better than the 5 in screen. Setup was easy.

My husband loves it just as much as I do maybe even slightly more he loves how it will bring up the video from our ring cam. I would recommend this product to anybody want a cool new device.

Although we enjoy the Echo it is a tad difficult to browse and learn all of its features. However, we love being able to visit with our friends and family using it. We also like being able to look up recipes by just speaking to Alexa. We enjoy the voice commands. Overall we are so happy with it we purchased another one for our niece that lives on the Mainland.

We love this thing. It’s almost too smart for us. We don’t know all of its functions and we are still learning but it is amazing regardless. Ended up buying two more other speakers cause we love it so much

My sister had one and loved it so I bought 2 for Christmas one for the kitchen the other for the bedroom. The kids love it easy to use will definitely be buying more.

My mom loves this echo. She can play her music and ask her questions about sports

I like this newer version aesthetically, but it does not pick up my voice when trying to get it to respond as well as my older original Echo. With my older Echo I could be across the house whispering and it would hear me. With this newer one I have to be close and speaking loudly to get it to wake. I find myself constantly repeat "yelling" my wake command.

I love this, I still have so much to learn about it, but really enjoy having access to so much information and fun things. I bought it for my family as well to help to communicate with each other.

I love Alexa because its makes your life easier. Screen is great and easy to connect to your amazon account. It works with the ring, blink, and other cameras. just say it and it will show u the live feed. love it

I purchased two of these along with the show 10 and with all of them along with my Blink doorbells and indoor mini camera in the house… My home is like Fort Knox…lol

Got this for our mom for Mother’s Day for her to use as a digital picture frame where we can upload pictures to. All of the added Alexa features were obviously a perk and it was a big hit!

I really like the capabilities of this product, as does my family, but coming along with this capabilities is a little bit complicated of a setup. It told me I needed to use my phone to download an app that wasn’t required either - except for certain functions. We just unboxed it today so we’re still learning, but overall it been fantastic and fun for the house.

Amazing value. It’s incredible all the capabilities this product provides. The more your research it’s features the more uses you will find for it. Seriously, a lot of bang for a very reasonable price.
