Gave this to my parents for Christmas. Great feature to call 911 in an emergency if they are close enough to talk to Alexa.

We love our Echo Show products. This makes for easy communication with distant family as well as for viewing our Alexa connected security video

I purchased 3 of these, one for our house and one for both of the family grandparents. It has proven a little difficult to access from other locations to be able to "Drop-in"

I have loved using Amazon Echo and I am thinking about purchasing another one to be able to talk with my grandkids.

The only complaint its that doesn’t came with the stand included

No complaints whatsoever. This worked perfectly out of the box and communicated with other devices perfectly. It's necessary to follow detailed instructions from third party vendors however.

Amazon everything. The echo 8 show is really cool. I use it for movies, music ,alarm clock, making lists...it is a versatile piece of equipment...maybe even essential.

Hooked this up to control TV, smart lights and smart thermostat. Works great. Al’s use to make phone calls. So far so good. Highly recommend.

Sometimes it has problems listening and responding.

This is great for people with elderly parents. You can check in on them and see and tlak to them to make sure everything is fine.

A great product, a must have. How did we manage before without all these gadgets? It’s super easy to hook up and the Amazon music is fantastic and sounds great.

Got this for my wife... for the kitchen... she had been using an Echo Dot... but with the sale this gives her video abilities as well.. She loves it... Happy wife... Happy Life

I am still learning its capabilities but I don't think it will do what I was looking for. That being said it does a lot more other things and very well. I planned on using it in the kitchen as an aid but found use in the bedroom as an alarm clock and to monitor the front door at night. It also works well for drop-in calls.

Love the convenience of having this item in my kitchen to find new recipes, check the weather in the morning, and to have something to listen to when I'm doing the dishes.

First time using Alexa and now is my daily use companion, you can link your account and get news, emails and amazon order statues, really love this product.

I had one before this and was happy with that one so we got this one for a present for a friend. Overall I am happy with most amazon products, echo dot, this one, firestick.

I love this one that Amazon made but the problem i have is you can not turn off or control alexa whenever she says ok she says ok for everything please Amazon have a way to turn this off or a way to just lower the ok part but not the rest it gets annoying
