The product and its features are great. Unfortunately, it was a gift for my grandmother and she was unable to adjust to the technology.

Bought it for our children after my son gave us one for Christmas! Makes it so very easy to stay in touch with our children across the country! Love it!!!

I loved the first one I bought so I bought another one for another part of the house and I’ll probably end up getting 1 or 2 more for the house

This Amazon echo is amazing and a must have. So many great features. I haven’t even tapped the full potential and I am more than happy.

Good product, but does not always follow commands. Sometimes it will randomly start speaking. I like the display size, especially when using with Ring Camera. Here lately it will only keep up the Ring feed for a few minutes, then go back home. Would recommend though.

I love this thing. I have it on my desk at the office. I keep a slide show of photos going and the music is great. Everyone needs one.

Where ever you install it. It just looks awesome. I like the fact that you can close the camera shutter manually. I just wish my Echo show 2nd gen did that.

Love this little thing. If you are all about Alexa then you can’t go wrong with this. Extremely easy to integrate into your existing Alexa home.

Overall, this Echo is underwhelming when it comes to commands and camera angles. The speakers are great, talking to friends is fun but to find a good angle is hard. The software is really bland and limited.

Was waiting for the show 10 but its not coming out til next year. I do enjoy this for now since I can watch tv and talk to my love ones
