    Got this for my mother in law. She loves it and it connects to her ring doorbell. Got a great price on it for Black Friday. Just wish the screen was a little bigger

    I bought this for my mother as an upgrade to the echo dot. I intended to set this up with her Ring cameras and provide a handfree mobile experience when unable to reach the phone. Intial setup was easy, using the same Amazon Alexa app and her Amazon account. However, I was unable to connect her phone fully. You can call out with saved contacts but unable to receive incoming calls. I contacted Amazon Tech support but was given numerous suggestions that didn't work. The Alexa features are the highlight of this device, but phone compatibility is a downfall.
