    Bought this to talk to my granddaughter, should have researched more, A little more complicated for those that are not tech savvy. I must say that the help on the app is great (calling or texting) Most of the items on echo are easy but as far as the calling part not so easy, Limited picture display 4 choices to change name, sync to smart products, wish i could review more but still working my way around echo myself,
