Excellent sound, bad software

Sound is excellent, but the Alexa interface is garbage unless you are using Amazon services. And Alexa is not nearly as good as Google Assistant.

It turns off often, & doesnt answer commands. I have 4 other echos that work perfect. This one seems to be defective.

It never mentions that you can only use it as a slide show if you pay for amazon prime. I’m trying to decide if I want to return it or keep it

Decent product, but far from perfect.

Clock selection is small, and clock size smaller then echo chow 5 counter part and I don't like it. but on the plus side it has better speakers than echo show time.
