Good product but had to exchange due backlight bleeding.

We like the product but it won’t work with our ring stick up cams. We tried many times and talked to our customer service but we’re unable to make it automatically show the cams when it detects motion. Otherwise we liked it. Had to return.

Works seamlessly with my previous Alexa Show Gen 1.

I brought 2 of these and they are working out great

Haven't used it to its full potential. I got it originally to work with my Ring Doorbell for my apartment but have not used it yet. It is good for pulling up music. News and other features. I'm sure my opinion will change once I use it more often.

Would be better if it could have access to apps...

This item was a Gift that she loves. Good product

The Echo Show had excellent picture quality, great sound, but it lacked on the user interface. Sometimes navigating was cumbersome and the fact that you can not add apps was a major downside.

Got this hoping to have a larger clock than on the Echo Show 5 and it turns out it's even smaller! You cannot enlarge or move it either. If you're wanting it solely for the clock function, get something else.

The perfect Assistant would be if Google and Amazon joined forces but that'll never happen. Until then we get two different devices with their own strengths and weaknesses. This one in particular, for my needs, isn't ideal. But it made for a nice holiday gift.

I purchased two of these during black friday. One was in a sealed box and the other was not. The one in the unsealed box gives me problems and I will be returning it. The one is the sealed box seems to be working without any problems

Works with Blink XT2 camera system but doesn’t work with Arlo Video Doorbell camera. Alexa support was working on this issue for 2 weeks but not resolved. I bought Echo Show 8 exclusively to see video doorbell camera and I am fully disappointed

Good photo frame. It’s awesome that you can play movies in it. Loud enough but Alexa can’t hear you that much. You’d tell it twice or more. Audio quality is decent.

The way this is set up with an amazon account is annoying and not easy to walk through with someone else. Got this for my parents and had trouble getting them through setup. But it does work and is compatible with ipad/iphone.

The first one I got didn’t work with my Ribg door bell. I had to spend hours with customer service to get it fixed. They tried all different options but failed. Best Buy replaced the first one and now it works.
