Love the product but service sucks the person that helped me order screwed me out of a deal I was wanting to take advantage of because he didn't make the right order he was supposed to order the echo show package with cameras I wanted 2 of them but he didn't order it right and I couldn't reorder because these are Christmas presents so I just lost out on the deal and then when I picked up my order the lady was very rude and unprofessional I'm very upset about these issues and unsure if I will ever shop at best buy again

I bought it for my Mom when it was impossible to visit her because of COVID, thinking it would be a better option than just talking to her on the phone, but it wasn’t, and I ended up returning it.

Great product but sometimes voice recognition be frustrating. I feels like I have to scream at it in order for it to pick my voice up.

Loved this Echo Show for a year and now I lost Siri and screen savor constantly disappears. Cannot get settings on screen at all. So disappointed as thought this would last longer.

I thought this would be easy to hook up for my mother who is in a nursing home in Mo, but turning out to be a nightmare! My Mom doesn’t have a cell phone, so we’re having issues trying to load contacts.

I bought this with Ring video doorbell but if someone is on the fron door screen is always waiting for response. All other features are good.

An headache setting up because I had the model before this.... Alexa needs to work on discovery of devices as a whole but this was not that much different from the previous model.

I really wanted to be wowed by this gadget but it feel very short of expectations. I found it clunky, slow and just odd to imagine being really useful day to day in any meaningful way.

If you like to. be bombarded with "Alexa" suggestions and not being able to pause the Echo is frustrating. I've unplugged the unit now and not sure when it will be turned on again.

Overall it works as well as described but the microphine/speaker is insufficient when using it to FaceTime someone. It is very difficult to hear the person on the otherside.

Can't get it to call anyone in my contacts... have to type in number or i have to manually scroll through my contacts.. I am disappointed so far and I just got it for christmas!

Kind of diappointed with the Echo Show. While you can talk to the Echo dots from every angle you have to be right in front of the Echo Show to communicate, which gets annoying

I'm I do like the system. I just don't like Alexa. If you don't say things the way she knows them you will have a hard time requesting a command.

We got this for my in laws, to be able to communicate with them... we had so Trouble to set it up, and my in laws are having trouble to use it. I thought it would’ve been easier to use.

Alexa is replying totally different answer to what has been asked! So annoying. Maybe Amazon is lacking infos. Unlike Google, has the answer or correct answer right away.

Well the one I got in the store didn't work I had to call Amazon and they were able to replace it.. Replacement worked and I am enjoying it

I don't know if it's just that it's new to me and I do not know all the features yet or if I just do not like it. It seems to be very basic to me and I could do more with my Google Home.

It does some things i really like. I'm still playing with it. One i got for a family member for Christmas.

Google lets you download videos of recipes from your phone and you can watch them as you are cooking Alexa lets you know when you have an amazon package delivered which is cool

This product isn’t much use as it’s severely restricted by what it can do with multiple pay walled apps prr installed. An cheap iPad and a kitchen mount is a better route to take
