Great I will remember to send it to my friends and family

Only thing I don’t like is, I have to repeat so many times! I hate when the screen go back to home screen. It won’t stay put! I can’t hear the other person. Connect with other devices is really hard and so difficult! I don’t like the voice either! Some I can’t hear them. They need more work!

Not what I thought it was but a decent product and looks good.

Good one need to buy anothet echo to make video calls

It will not connect to cameras and every time I try to use the camera on the echo, I get, it’s not ready! I have tried and tried to get it to connect to EZVIZ security cameras and it just won’t! It’s pointless to have.

I really thought it would be more than what it does

We ended up returning this and got the Echo 5 which is smaller.

Alexas does not do well with responding to accents

As a non-techy, I still haven’t been able to connect it.

Bought 4 Echo Shows, 3 of them Echo Show 5 the other one Echo Show 8. Two of the three 5s talk to each other and the Show 8, the third one can talk to the other 5s but cannot see the Show 8 no matter what we do. Amazon Chat is useless. Online directions do not work. Period.

Order was for a new Echo show 8" and what showed up was an open boxed item seal missing along with packing materials and instruction booklet. Returning back to get a new one hopefully best buy sends me the correct item second time around.

Bought this for my bedridden 91 year old father-in-law to use to listen to Christian music. Have had nothing but trouble getting the stations he wants. Alexa will repeat the request back but won't change the station. Will instead play Amazon music.

I've always had Google speakers in the past, this Amazon speaker with Alexa was a big disappointment. Alexa is terrible compared to Google. She almost never gives me the correct information when I ask a question, whereas I have found the Google assistant to be much more helpful and accurate. I would not purchase another Amazon Alexa speaker. Also, the sound of the speaker was not good at all compared to the Google speaker. Just my two cents.

Product literally echo when speaking. It was like 2 speakers a split second off from one another. Also it would not sync with Spotify despite following all suggestions from the support chat.

I bought this and was not at all impressed. I had come to like Amazon Echo products but unlike other products such as the Google home, I was unable to utilize for various streaming services.

Google home worked better for my philips hue lights. Alexa doesn’t know all the time which lights I want to turn on or off or change color. Google home always got it right he first time. I can’t return it but if I could I would change it for the google hub. I’m gonna give Alexa one more chance maybe for a few months. If it keeps annoying me I’m gonna donate it to the garbage and get the google nest

Not useful , very limited entertainment. Speaker is great but the item is so heavy for a desktop.

Great concept, hoping mine is just a defect. It is glitchy and cuts out when playing music and freezes. It won’t connect on video calls. Like the concept but is more frustrating then not.

Need a college education to operate. You will be more knowledgeable than Amazon technical support. Only good for alarm and music at a low volume

I decided to return this product because I didn't need it "listening" to me and recommending other products according to my daily conversations or internet searches.
