Just went and picked the Echo today because it was on sale. Played a few songs on it and then told it turn screen off. Once I turned screen off, it never came on. Yelled Alexa at it, tried using buttons, eventually unplugged it, and still not working. Did factory reset and now it’s stuck in boot loop. Save your money and don’t buy this off brand Android clock. Glad it broke while I can still return it. Says it plays Apple Music which it does not. Don’t believe me just try it, and you’ll return it too. Amazon<Siri+Google

The thing is crazy it just starts playing music without anyone saying anything!!

Our Echo Show started cutting off in mid sentences and doesn't finish. We have bought two other Echo Shows, along with 2 echo dots and have not had a bit of trouble.

I bought this for my mother in law to allow her to connect to others however we are having trouble setting it up. I would recommend better instructions.

We purchased the Alexa Echo to benefit from the compatibility with the ring products that we have, which worked fine, but the Alexa part was extremely frustrating, to say the least. Alexa can’t answer the majority of the questions asked. After a week of frustration, we returned the Alexa system and purchased Google products and are much happier. We’ve had a google home for about 5 years and there is just no comparison between the Google and Alexa.

We bought two to use along with Blink Mini for video surveillance of our babies. It kept cutting out and losing connection, and mind you I have a full WiFi system in our house boasting speeds of over 200mbps all the way outside, so it has nothign to do with our wireless speeds. It's a wonderful concept, but much like Alexa was 5 years ago, poorly executed.

It fine. It works for like 6 months and then Alexa keeps turning on random and start going black screen and won't turn on.

Didn't meet my expectations. Unable to setup different homes. Unable to get help from Amazon help desk to setup.

I returned. I bought for my parents to control their Sonos speakers but it didn’t work. So I returned I also did not like the that every 15 minutes or so it kept scrolling messages one was would you like to know where the nearest location to get a Covid vaccination is?

Alexa in this device is moody. Sometimes talks sometimes not. Can’t easily change the music by voice command. Keep playing the same song. Sometimes she don’t listen to your simple command. I thought it’s just me but even to my wife. This device need hearing aid. Keep disconnecting to wifi. My echo dot is the best, i put it in my garage far from my router but wifi connection wise is the best. i love it but this show is not.

The item was to be used for an elderly parent but was extremely difficult to operate... Not the quick touch that I anticipated. I am not a novice with technology, but worked on the set up for 2 hours, to no avail. I spent a solid hour on the phone with customer service and they were unable to help. I returned the product.

Decent, but lacking features i was hoping for, expected it to be more robust with more customization but has very little.

Nice but most things on there require you to purchase a subscription. Rating would be higher is it was wireless.

wasn't happy with this purchase due to the humming from the speakers. Speaker quality isn't as good as expected.

Phone calling quit working after one month, called for help and was on phone over an hour and could not help.

It shows too much promoted crap from Amazon. The Google home one has been much better in this regard

You can use it for a lot of things I do like it I can control my home from anywhere

The clock on this was smaller than the clock on my 5 inch. Bright it back because I use it for a clock also.

Returned it. Thought it would be a nice gift for my father so he could Facetime me and his grandkids. Tried setting it up for him at Christmas only to discover that if you want to video call someone, they too must also have an Amazon echo. I don't know anyone who has an Echo Show, so it was a waste. Should be make compatible with facetime video.

ehh.....it mostly does what u need it to. Little laggy. Could use software improvements
