I've had issues with the screen going dark not showing time or the rotating pictures.

The hardware is decent and works as expected. However, after purchasing, I have become concerned about the actual Amazon service provided through its system and its subsequent use of monopolistic power affecting independent companies using its services. That might be a consideration when looking at alternative products.

doesnt work right. glitches too much also. buy apple product instead

Very good. Love the way it displays my photos. All 260 of them. I use her for school lessons, bible lessons, drop in and she plays more than 50 different sleep sounds.

Difficult to connecting with YouTube and I do it everything to connected

Expensive device but ease of set up and user friendly

The echo system set up with ring system was a total disappointment. The actual set for this system would cost me $200.00 to set up with 3rd party vendor. The Alexa system is seriously flawed and I would not recommend this purchase to anyone.

Trouble connecting with ring and displaying pictures

I am very angry and disappointed with the delay in shipping for the Alexa Show 8. I ordered this item back in November and this is the 2nd failed attempt to deliver this item to me since November! How can you make this right. My kid looked for this item Christmas morning!! Please respond Chris

Loved it. Still works after 2 years like it did the first day we opened it.

I bought this Echo for use at home, we used it for about a month and it quit working. It won't even power on. It didn't give us an error message or anything. Just went dark.

The set up wasn’t straight forward. Couldn’t link blink camera view with the echo, would receive audio alerts from the blink but to visual. Customer service tried to assist but they couldn’t get it to work. Returned product.

Useless device. Bought it to use it with Blink Camera and the video streaming has a considerable lag. Should have returned it before return period ended.

Not 2 years have passed, and the device is broken! Just a blank screen, and i did the bare minimum on this device. So disappointed.

The person that came out only installed Alexa and not the ring security (he only did the app) I had to do It myself and took me over 45 mints. This is something he had to install. That’s why he finish in 10 mints!!!

No one came out to the car for 20 mins. Once someone came out I was not first (even though I arrived first). Couldn’t find the items. Just a mess. Unorganized people. Definitely would not do again.

I bought 3 of these for Christmas and it's January and it no longer works!!! I can't even take it back the time has expired! No I don't recommend
