Has a short in it or something

I have several Alexa devices, but this one messes up and doesn’t finish her sentences, skips words in songs and starts playing videos, songs and CNN while I’m sleeping out of no where. It’s terrible, but this is not usually the norm. Not sure if this one was damaged during shipping or what.

Frustrated
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received my Amazon Echo Show8 smart Display with Alexa and cannot use it. It required an Amazon login but will not accept my email. It gives saying my Amazon email and telephone number is already used so I cannot set up the device. I am very frustrated because when I tried to setup a different Amazon account still am rejected. This unacceptable and poor. I wanted to have separate Amazon account just for Alexa and am blocked. There is no workaround
