I loved this Alexa. The speaker is really good Even at max volume! I reccommend this product!!

I blindly bought this Echo Spot without knowing anything about it. I set it up in my bedroom. Upon examining it, I noticed a spot the looked like a camera lens. I shined my flashlight on it and got freaked out. I did some research and discovered it’s NOT a camera BUT it looks like one. Why in the world would Amazon include something that looks like a camera knowing that was an issue with the first Echo Spot in 2017. Ultimately, I’m returning the device because it’s a little sus and doesn’t do enough. Paying $80 for a tap-to-stop alarm and small display doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t want to get up and turn off my alarm. I’m lazy, I’d rather say “Alexa stop” and ask what time it is repeatedly throughout the day. However… a camera WITH a shutter button would’ve been amazing. Having the option to cover the camera would’ve given peace of mind. Why didn’t Amazon just do that??? That would’ve opened the door to many more features.

Easy to setup, matched my partner’s all white setup very well, great speaker volume for its size.

I like that it has a touchscreen and can show you the time and temperature. However, the touchscreen functionality isn't that great, it kind of lags and not super responsive. Sound quality is alright. Microphone isn't great, a lot of times Alexa can't hear me unless I shout. It was a great value at half off price during Black Friday. I'd say it's definitely an upgrade and better than the original Echo Dot.

This has to be the best item to gift to anyone who sits at a desk for their day job. To be honest this is a great gift for adults And youths. I highly recommend everyone to add this to their Christmas shopping lists!!!

Thea product may be ok, but shipping was terrible! The box was shipped inside a mailer bag. The actual Alexa box was destroyed, with everything dumped into mailer bag. The seal in the Alexa box was broken in transit, so I'm sure I can't return it. This was to be a birthday gift, but I can't give it now, it looks like it was run over 10 times.

The sound and bass are incredible! This is a huge upgrade from the Echo Show and Echo Dot. It’s the perfect bedside alarm clock and speaker, thanks to its compact size, variety of color options, and excellent sound quality. A solid 10 out of 10! The sound quality alone sold me—it’s miles better than my two Apple HomePod minis!

We got this for our 10-year-old to have an easy-to-set alarm and to be able to play music to go to sleep to. He loves it! He likes being able to ask questions that occur to him, and we've got it set to block explicit requests and songs with explicit lyrics (not that he's interested in any of that yet). He can also call the Echo in our bedroom if he needs us in the night for whatever reason. Setup is a breeze as long as you have a phone with Bluetooth and wifi access. We've even taken it with us on trips. Great device, would buy again.
