It was hard to setup at first but once I got it, it was fine. Honestly the show is a better product and more worth it, this device doesn't offer anything other than a clock, if you want a touch screen, you're better off with the show, if you don't want a. These do occasionally go on the shopping holiday season sale list, so that definitely contributes, but so easy to use, and aesthetically the best Amazon products I now own. Have switched out some of my Google speakers with these Echo Spots, as the clock feature is a value add and highly sought by me.
