Alexa’s voice is double the volume of everything else and there’s no clear way to change that - super annoying. I have to repeat my commands or even raise my voice to be heard. Very disappointing. Software for smart home control seems broken, not controlling lights like it used to.

Also, you cannot change the name of the device. But it works if you want to put it in the kids' room or a side room for usage.
