What I like: Ease of setup. Can control lights and ask about the weather, etc. Good quality sound for such a small device. What I don’t like: Can’t set the clock numerals to red. Even the ‘night time’ numerals, which are supposed to be red, are actually more orange, and the entire background is lit up, slightly, instead of really being black. In other words, the display is pretty cheap looking. If the power goes out, some times it doesn’t re-connect to wifi when the power comes back on. Wonder what would happen if I have an alarm set. Selections of clock face are mostly lame. Amazon, give some more clock face selections, and make one of them ‘real red’. Adaptive brightness doesn’t work very well. They need to make this better, and maybe even make it adjustable. Overall it’s a pretty good device for the price, but there’s sure room for improvement.

Excellent great quality no delays in connection or touch on screen

I wanted a clock that plays music and this does that very well. I use Prime music with it. With Alexa, it can do much more than I current request. Larger Amazon devices have better sound, but for this Echo Spot, the sound is good for its size

I love this little thing. The speaker is great for sleep sounds, and it seems to listen better than the first gen echo I had for ages

Love this dot Alexa is great. They can lie in bed and have music turned on or off. I can set timers and alarms with ease. Also enjoy adding things to my grocery list without having to touch anything.

Got this for jy 21 year old daughter for xmas for her home and she utterly LOVES being able to pkay music attach to her phone so she can be chilling on couch and talking or speak texting.

I have been amazed at the quality of sound, usefulness of data and actually replaced all but one of my Echo Shows (supposedly superior models) with five of these!!!! Best move I ever made using “Alexa” devices.

I bought this to replace the echo dot that I returned (clock too dim). This has all the Alexa features that I need & the clock is so very easy to see. Got on sale too & always a plus. Good value for the money!
