One thing I can recommend for your device sometimes running slow is to say "Alexa, check for updates." If there are any pending updates that may be held up, this will install them and most likely improve your speed. Another thing you can always try to is to shut it off and turn it back on by unplugging the back for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. It is linked to our WiFi, it’s voice controlled, and has White Noise options as well as Clock/Alarm Display options. He LOVES it, and we love the functionality and ease of use. If you are familiar with Amazon devices, you can easily use this and link it to your Amazon account, which then can link it to your WiFi network, etc.
