One thing I can recommend for your device sometimes running slow is to say "Alexa, check for updates." If there are any pending updates that may be held up, this will install them and most likely improve your speed. Another thing you can always try to is to shut it off and turn it back on by unplugging the back for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. I have had a problem and that is that when connecting it with a Bluetooth and then disconnecting an icon appears as if it were playing audio, but it does not affect at all so it is fine
