Excellent service at this BEST BUY. My Alexa was easy to hook up . Our original one quit working and I wanted a replacement for our RV when we travel. This was exactly what we needed and it was on sale. We love the clock feature.

This was purchased primarily as an alarm clock. It is easy to say Alexa, set alarm for 6am. Easy to say, Alexa, turn off alarm. Even better that you can say Alexa, turn off display. That way the screen if off for a dark room. This feature did not work in the past, and Amazon will most likely break it in the future. It would be nice if there were more alarm choices like the Echo 5. But Amazon broke the Echo 5 and you cannot turn the display off any longer. Sound on the Spot is good for what it is. It has the basic Alexa features. I like that it does not have a camera as you don't need that in a clock. It does not have a battery back up to run it while there is no power. But it will find the correct time when power is restored. It is a bit buggy .... the time has been wrong a few times and I had to remove powerto fix it. I would have given more stars but I expect Amazon to keep upgrading and introducing more bugs.

I love the device just wish I bought it sooner! It wakes me up and is easy to set as alarm without touching it!

Love it. The display is amazing. The device hooked up so easily to my current system. So easy to operate and manage. Gonna go back and get another one.

Next generation does not disappoint . the screen adds another nice element. Better performance than older models.

We needed a new Echo for the master bathroom-you need music to sing to in the shower! Its a good little unit and it's loud enough for what we need.

I love my Echo Spot! It’s like having a personal asst. 24/7. This unit is capable of handling so many tasks without fail or protest. I don’t know what I’d do without it. I love it so much. I have purchased one for all of my family members and friends.

I’ve been using Amazon Alexa for a while now, and overall, I’m very impressed. Alexa is easy to set up and integrates smoothly with a lot of smart home devices. Whether it’s setting reminders, playing music, checking the weather, or controlling lights and thermostats, Alexa handles everything quickly and accurately.

This was bought as a Smart Hub and Alarm Clock for our teenage son. He loves it. It is linked to our WiFi, it’s voice controlled, and has White Noise options as well as Clock/Alarm Display options. He LOVES it, and we love the functionality and ease of use. If you are familiar with Amazon devices, you can easily use this and link it to your Amazon account, which then can link it to your WiFi network, etc.

We have enjoyed this more than just the echo dots I like the display when I ask the weather I can’t if I don’t hear it right I can look. Doubling as an alarm clock and clock is great. I do like that at dims

It really bright and you are able to select colors to display weather. It has night time display, very loud and clear! I love the minimal but still ask the Alexa commands! I did this review with NO compensation or promise. I just love Alexa products!
